In 1960 it was declared cooperation with Harley-Davidson and the basis of the new company Aermacchi-Harley-Davidson. And in 1961 the joint project of a motorcycle of Viskonsin which was exported more often to the USA and Canada was developed. In two years the Brezza scooter went on sale, having forced out in a consequence the laid-off bike of the Zeffiro model. However almost right there was Zeffiretto moped.

Specially for Milan show the 125-kubovy Alechta model modernised later to racing version 125 Alechta Oro was let out. The special order of a police motorcycle became the last for Aermacchi. After that, in 1972, the Harley-Davidson company redeemed remained in possession of the previous owners of the company of an action. Everything returned into place. Aermacchi began to be engaged in production of military planes again. Still later plants of the company became a basis of other motorcycle company Kadjiva.
